Delete your account
You can delete your pixkoz account at any time, from the app or the website. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
From the app or website
- Open Profile.
- Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Signed in already? Go straight to the deletion page.
If you cannot sign in
Email contact@pixkoz.com from the address on the account. We action these within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address and profile picture
- Every photo you uploaded, and every image generated from it
- Your likes and the recommendation profile built from your activity
- Any spells you published are removed from Discover
What is kept, and why
Billing records — what was charged, refunded or paid out — are retained because accounting and tax rules require it. They remain attached to an account stripped of your name, email and picture, so they no longer identify you. Unused credits are forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.
